The People Behind the Platform
About Us
My Digital Survey was built to cut through the noise and connect real people with real, paying survey opportunities — no scams, no guesswork.
Our Story
My Digital Survey started from a simple frustration: finding a legitimate survey platform that was honest about what you'd earn, vetted the partners it recommended, and didn't bury everything in dark patterns and spam was nearly impossible. So we built the resource we wished existed.
What began as a small directory of vetted survey panels has grown into a full platform — complete with strategies, success stories, and optimisation tips to help our members earn more consistently. We're not a faceless tech company. We're a small, focused team that genuinely cares about the results our members see.
Our Mission
To help people turn their spare time into extra cash by connecting them with trustworthy, well-paying survey opportunities — and giving them the knowledge to make the most of every minute they invest.
How We Work
A few principles guide everything we build, write, and recommend.
We only recommend what we've vetted
Every survey platform that appears on My Digital Survey has been reviewed by our team. We look at payout reliability, survey frequency, data practices, and real member experiences — not just whether they'll pay us an affiliate fee.
We're honest about what you can earn
Paid surveys won't replace your income. We've never claimed otherwise. What we do is help you make the most of the time you put in — with realistic expectations, real strategies, and no promises we can't keep.
We keep our content current
Survey platforms change their payout structures, policies, and availability regularly. We revisit our recommendations and articles on a rolling basis to make sure what you're reading reflects how things actually work right now.
Our members come first
Every decision we make — which platforms to feature, which strategies to share, how we structure our content — is made with one question in mind: does this actually help our members earn more? If it doesn't, it doesn't make the cut.
Why My Digital Survey
There's no shortage of survey sites out there. Here's why ours is different
We do the vetting so you don't have to
